Well I haven't really met too many designers. But those who I came across and used their stuff a lot was you Russell and Scorpian. Both of you guys do amazing work and I'm pleased.
Wrighty, I'm hearing good stuff about you... I'll have to take a look at your work.

WebWorldX actually worked alongside Peter at SSD to create their famous RPG mini-profile code. WWX actually moved on from Proboards and now codes for Invisionfree.
