If I wanted to make a link where if clicked, it would scroll to the bottom of the page, would it be JS or can I do it with HTML?
Like the "Top" button but the opposite.

Something like this using a combination of both:
<a href="javascript:scroll(0,25000)">Bottom</a>
or add something like this to your footer <span id="bottom">Footer text</span>
and then where you want the link add <a href="#bottom">Bottom</a>
hope that helps.

Yup use one, the other, or both!

The second one would be more efficient unless you are sure that all of the pages on your website are going to be 25,000 pixels high or less.

you could just grab the page height and then add the variable in place of the number!

The second one would still work better because the user may have scripts disabled. It's the only way to ensure that it will work.
